1. General Provisions

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») regulates the order and conditions for providing services by the website «MineAll», hereinafter referred to as the «Organizer», and is addressed to an individual who wishes to receive services from the indicated site (hereinafter referred to as the «Participant»).

«Participant» — a person who has agreed to the conditions of this agreement, as evidenced by the account registration process in Gemly.

1.1 The organizer reserves the right to make changes and/or additions to the platform rules, by informing the participants.

1.2 By registering, the participant agrees to the project rules and undertakes not to violate them.

2. Services Provided

2.1 The Organizer provides the users with a mining platform for leisure and free time with the opportunity to earn money, and in no way forces the participant to use these services.

3. The Participant is obligated to

3.1 Do not use undocumented features (bugs) and software errors of the project and immediately report them to the organizer, as well as the people using these errors.

3.2 Strictly prohibited:
• Accessing someone else's accounts, including those of your friends and relatives
• Transferring your account to anyone

3.3 Be responsible for any financial transactions in your account, even if they are carried out for any reason by someone other than the participant.

3.4 Do not condemn the actions of other participants and the organizer of the platform.

3.5 Do not use any external programs of any kind to gain advantages in the project.

3.6 The participant is obliged to take care of necessary computer security measures, keep secret and not share with other parties, participants the data of their account. The participant bears all the risk of the unfavorable consequences of disclosing this data.

3.7 The participant is obliged to respectfully relate to other users and the administration of the project when contacting technical support or general communication.

5. The Organizer is obligated to

5.1 Ensure maximum project accessibility in the network, inform about all planned technical works.

5.2 Continuously ensure the possibility of withdrawing the earned funds (as per Payment Terms 6) within no more than three working days. In case of force majeure related to payment systems, the organizer has the right to delay the payment for a maximum of 7 days.

5.3 Observe the privacy regime with respect to the personal data of each project participant.

5.4 Provide timely technical support and assistance to project participants.

5.5 Continuously improve the project in the best possible way taking into account the opinions of project participants.

6. Payments to Participants

6.1 All participants can withdraw or Payout a limited amount as per their membership and ivestment or active investment in the project.

6.2 A Participant can withdraw maximum 3 to 6 % of his active investment in the project, also he can withdraw 2 to 5 times per week as per his membership. maximum withdrawal % and Payout requests are also available in Upgrade page.

6.3 To receive a withdraw Participant must have PayPoints equal to withdrawal amount. If a Participant has 1 PayPoint then He can withdraw Maximum 1 Coin, if he wants to withdraw more he needs more PayPoints. Participants can Get These PayPoints as given Below:
• 70% of Power Purchase Value goes to their PayPoints, Means if a Participant buy a Mining plan of 10 Coins He will get 7 PayPoints and will be able to withdraw 7 COins from system.
• Participant will receive 10% form its Level 1 Referral Power Purchase, 5% from Level 2 & 3 Referrals Purchase value will be added to Participant's PayPoints.
• A Participant will also Earn Some PayPoints With every completed shortlink by Him or his referrals from Level 1 to 3.

6.4 Observe the privacy regime with respect to the personal data of each project participant.

7. Responsibility

7.1 The organizer does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted access to the platform and its services in case of technical malfunctions and/or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: inadequate operation or non-functioning of internet providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, and illegal actions of third parties. The organizer will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in work regardless of the cause of such failures. In the event of force majeure situations, the organizer is obligated to provide access to the project within three days of its unavailability on the internet.

7.2 The participant fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held responsible for the losses of the participant that arose as a result of illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and project databases, or as a result of unforeseen technical malfunctions. The participant also fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held responsible for losses caused by the participant's own actions or by the actions of the participant's representatives.

7.3 The organizer is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the use or non-use of information about the project rules, and the project itself, and is not responsible for losses or other harm that arose to the participant due to his unqualified actions and ignorance of the project rules or his mistakes in calculations.

7.4 The organizer is not responsible to the participant for the actions of other participants.
